Vitality Cancels Membership as a result of injury

I was short of about 8 sessions when my membership was cancelled.
o Two of these sessions I did in the UK at Brighton and at Crawley when I was there.
o I left on the 14th August for the UK, so would have had difficulty catching up on the outstanding sessions.
o I was in a motorcycle accident in the beginning of June and broke my wrist as well as damage my spine. They also picked up Degenerative Disk Disease which didn? t allow me to train for at least 8 weeks.
o I was sent an email in July saying I needed to do 2 sessions or my membership would be cancelled. I did about 4 sessions from the 23rd July when I received the mail. I continued my sessions at a slower pace as previously because of my injuries. I did train in August when I could as well.
o I have been a member at Virgin since 2009 and have maintained my training sessions ever since then with an average visit rate of at least 3 times a week.
o I am a Diamond member now and you can see that a lot of this was achieved through my high visit rate at Virgin.
o Why, unless I was injured, would I train over so many years and suddenly stop training?
