BAD SERVICE PROBLEM NO SORTED OUT

Problem first reported on 21 June 2013, 159CWK210613 technician eventually came out 3 weeks later, problem not sorted out, another technician sent a week later after I called again.57CWK140713 He came out and said that there were new cables and was not connected, problem still not sorted out. I t started with a noise on the line and the internet cutting out daily and now the phone line is completely dead.
