Incorrect Information - absurd account

I went to upgrade my contract, inquired on the Samsung Galaxy Tab. Reason of wanting one, my husband travels a lot and when at the hotel would like to download and watch movies. We inquired the charges regarding this and was told we would not be charged an arm and a leg to download movies and was suggested to take a data bundle, which i could purchase with my contract and acquire a twin sim. This would cover eveything. Which we did. We were also informed it comes with a flash. Within one week i received an R18 000.00 account and the Tab had NO flash. Since April i have been trying to get answers out of people and have received NOTHING.I was given false information and now Im sitting with an account i CANNOT afford. I was also told no data bundle is on my account and only today 21/06/13 received a message it has been activated. I have been pushed around and brushed off. This account affects the rest of my life as i will have a bad record if this is not paid, as mentioned before i CANNOT afford this. I was not even notified when it reached R600.00 i was over my limit, I AM FURIOUS AND NEED THIS SORTED ASAP.
