Telkom line & Internete was reported out of order on 16 Dec 2013. Thereafter on daily basis until 20 Dec when we left on holiday. Back on 01 Jan, reported again on 02 Jan on daily basis. Same story of problem being escalated over and over. Was told that technician came out on 26 Dec, no missed calls or sms received.By 09 Jan no technician was despatch to solve problem, apart from our Telkom account being paid monthly on time. What else can we do to get this problem solved???
