I had a problem with my adsl at the end of Jan i figured that i had hit cap but it was a problem with the line. i called Telkom and the problem was resolved very fast.
at the end of Feb i had the exact same problem (dsl light flashing Internet light RED) and once again the problem was sorted out with in 2 days . on the 12th of march i have got the same problem again!!! and i was told that the box has a problem . a Telkom technician came to my house and could not resolve the problem and left again. the next day another technican arrived and said he also could not fix the problem. this was on 14/3/2013
problem is still out standing
