I have renewed my MTN contract last year at Brooklyn. At the time of renewal I filled in all the documents with the banking details. The consultant never bothered to update my details, all he did was to issue a new phone. Since then I had to go to the store and stand in the que to pay my account. In November I called MTN and I completed debit order forms and was promised that my queing nightmare will be over but the debit order was never captured AGAIN! I called MTN and they arranged for a debit order to go off in Dec but now in January nothing went off. Instead I get labelled as a late payer on ITC and my phone gets suspended.
Can someone please sort out this mess! I am sick and tired of begging to pay you!
