In March 2013, I went to the 8ta store in East Rand Mall. I gave them all the necessary documents for the contract, including by bank statement. They were to capture all the details accordingly but they somehow managed to capture my bank details incorrectly, then they suspend my account because the debit order did not go through, obviously because they loaded it incorrectly. I did manual payments to update my account. I then changed my bank and notified them about the change, they advised that everything is fine and the debit order will go off on the 25th of August. I even call in the beginning of September to query with them if all was in order and the advised that everything was fine. In the second week of September they suspended my account again, not aware that the debit order didn't go through. I called 8ta to find out what was the problem, they told me that they did not load the debit order for August. Then then decide to do 2 debit orders in September, one on the 13th and one on the 20th, it was rejected but my agreement with them was the 25th if each month. First of all they made my bank account look bad and secondly I'm paying for something and they mess up all the time.
