I recently opened a game store account in November 2012, and on the application i included my banking details for their monthly debit order. I have now been called by a guy in the name of Khanya from their collections department telling me that i have defaulted on my payment were as i have issued my banking details to them for my monthly payments, and to make matters worse this Khanya guy tells me my debit order was returned due to insuffient funds on the 20th Decmeber 2012 and suprisingly enough there is no trace of that debit order on my account and there was more than sufficient funds to cater for the debit order on that day.

Prior to this guy calling me, i contacted their call centre and Spoke to Richard to ask when is my 1st debit order going to run and i was informed my 1st debit order is due on the 20th January 2013 . A reference number for the call was issued to me by Richard 121228001883.I called their contact centre again today and only to be told that my account details were captured incorrectly by their incompitent staff member and now i must be harrased by this Khaya guy for their own errors, this is unacceptable in so many levels!!!
