Dearest Standard Bank
I always seem to have a problem with YOU! Last month I received a phone call from a lawyer regarding my car payments after I made payment arrangements with one of your consultants who didn't do her job and do the debit order as promised. There was also a R300 late payment fee which I refused to pay as it wasnt my fault. Problem solved. NOW this month my credit card debit order was R710? WHY? Ive had the credit card more than a year noww and NEVER has my debit order been more than R400 MAX! I earn R6000 a month which I need to pay rent, my car my cellphone contract etc. WOULD YOU LIKE TO TAKE ALL MY MONEY STANDARD BANK, PUT ME OUT ON THE STREETS? I would like to change banks cause Standard bank really brings out the worst in me, I am fuming and shaking with rage as I am typing this complaint.
