CELL C - WORST SERVICE

I gave my Blackberry in on 08/07/2013 at the Centurion Mall Cell C store. My complete phone was taken by Richard and he said if will take up to 21 days to return. I requested a Loan unit as I do have a contract and the response was: " Sorry we do not have one, but we will phone you as soon as a unit returns. " 23 days later and I received notice that I can collect my phone. Whoopy! What a disappointment. When I went to the Centurion store to collect my phone to my dismay the bring my phone out without any battery or back cover. When I asked what is happening? I get a blank look from the person and he said: " I don't know." He called the store manager or floor manager, she did not even greeted me but she just tells me: " sorry but I can do nothing as it is not my department and you need to wait till the Technical repair centre manager phone you in the morning." NO APOLOGY, NO WE DO APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. WELL NOW I'M STILL WAITING AND STILL HAS NO PHONE. CELL C- IF THIS IS THE SERVICE YOU PROVIDE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS, WHY SHOULD I STAY WITH YOU???
