Not happy with product, bad after sale service

I did a phone in application on a Item (ZTE V10 7" Tab) and had some enquiries about the product which in first place no one could help me with and was told by the sale consultant to order the item and if not happy i could return it within the 14 day period. i received the product the following day and was not happy and emmediatly phoned the after sales service to exchange for a another product and sins then two weeks went by phoning the center every day and was told my app is being processed until today the 30/7/2012 they told me i had to cancel the current deal and apply for a new deal. sins then i just had bad experiences, was even told one time that i did not phone in to exchange product, was also given a ref no which mend nothing at the end.
I have never delt with such UNTRAINED Proffesionals in my life and. I spoke to about 15 different sales people and every one had a different story. Now i have to wait until they collect the item i dont want and can only them apply for a new item.
