Unresolved query - no feedback received

As MTN cannot produce the TAX Invoice for Feb 2012 for my 3G Card account 0837969601 I could not claim the amount from my employer. I therefore requested that the amount of R 149 be refunded to me and the contract be cancelled. I have been trying to get this sorted out for nearly a year now, yet MTN continue to debit me and totally disregards my e-mails. This is the third time I raise the issue via Hello Peter, and although I get a holding response to advise that the query will be forwarded to Corporate Division for urgent resolution, that's where the query dies. Every time I need to explain the query from the beginning (MTN incorrectly linked the 3G to Metro Rail instead of to my employer Standard Bank) yet I get no further response, apart from receiving e-mails from MTN Service Desk advising me that a support consultant will be in contact with me. Needless to say, NOBODY contacts me. The query sat with Maude Mmachacha, Kagiso Kgakatsi and now Omar Daniels yet they don't bother to respond and nobody takes accountability.
ALL I WANT NOW IS THE REFUND AND CONFIRMATION THAT THE CONTRACT IS CANCELLED. The lack of service (not) received from MTN is an absolute disgrace!!!
