Billing of my account, cell number not topped up

I took a top up contract through Mobiwarehouse last year. Debit order have been going through my account but they've never topped up my cell number. Four debits have gone off already as follows: R99.00 2012/10/23; R99.00 2012/11/23; R50.00 2012/12/24 ; R50.00 2013/01/23. I've been in contact with Prince Jacobs who keeps on requesting for my sim card number since last year November but not coming to resolution up until now. I even ask if this contract could be cancelled & they must refund me my money back that they've been debiting that also has not been actioned. I would appreciate if this contract could be cancelled and they refund me the money totaling to R298 as I'm no longer willing to do business with them. It really sickning that people can just bill your account for nothing.
