On June 27th at round about 16:29, i spoke to Kagiso Kekana, a retentions consultant at MTN SP (808). I requested to cancel my contract with MTN, Kagiso assisted me, once the contract was cancelled, i asked Kagiso if my acc will be debited end of July, he said no my bank acc will not be debited it will only be debited for the one contract i have remaining with MTN. on 26 July, my acc was debited for the cancelled contract. when i contacted the MTN SP, they informed me that my invoice is in arrears hence i was billed. during my conversation with kagiso, non of this information was given to me! This is pathetic service from MTN considering that i've been a client of theirs for 7 years now and still counting.
