It has been more than a month again and still Telkom has not resolved the problem with my ADSL. The problem is still there after the Telkom representatives tried to make me believe that it could not have been better than what it is now. When they installed the service it was working fine and at the speed as per the agreement. It seems to me that telkom has no qualified persons that can attend to the problem. I also noticed that there are cables that have been covered poorly down the road from me and that could explain why i also have issues when it rains. TELKOM needs to now sort out the rubbish!!
