Hi, I would just like to express my feelings to the extremely poor service I constantly get from telkom. I run a 4 meg line with telkom and for the last four months have been getting ridiculous speeds with my adsl line. I used to get great speeds when it was first installed, but now I get over 300ms ping and a download speed of just 0.700when I run a 4 meg line! I'm certainly not getting what I'm paying for and no one cares at telkom! I have called in well over ten times only to be told they don't know why this is or is normal, what a load of rubbish! Even when a technician is sent out they to don't help at all but rather act like the problem will get fixed at the exchange which it never does! I'm a big online gamer and I use my adsl for many things yet I just want to rip my hair out every time I play online games or browse the net! Why is this happening and why do u not care telkom? This must be fixed come on now. I might as well use 3 g here. Stop this nonsense and someone pls help me!!!
