Installed a new line with the 4 meg ADSL two weeks back my phone line is working but ADSL not working phoned Telkom about 20 times to find out what the problem can be first they said that the problem is with my service provider that is Afrihost so n phoned them and there was no problem with them then n phoned Telkom again and they said that the problem is on the pole right no problem there after about the 10 call they said that the underground cables are damaged for 5 KM and that they have to replace them before n can have ADSL.. So n phoned them yesterday to ask them when it will work and how long this repair will take so they replayed and told me that there is nothing wrong with the cables underground and that the problem is that my account is not through with them yet... HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
So what is the problem with Telkom n ask? And my problem is not sorted out yet is this a case that n must take to the newspapers or Carte Blange??
