About three months ago we logged a problem with an adsl line, until now we still struggle with Telkom to resolve the issue of loss packets on the line, only way Telkom fix it, is partially, thus companies such as Telkom in South Africa give South Africa a very poor name, how can a company such as Telkom deliver service in other countries if they don't even fix a problem locally, but fix partially is Telkom's moto, in my believes you don't fix a problem partially, you fix the problem completely or replace it to a full working system. Telkom should change their adverts and strategic intent to inconvenient, expensive, never productive services.
