This must be the worst service I have ever experienced. I ordered a wifi router on Friday, was approved on Friday, was told by Luke the router would be delivered on Saturday by courier. Not delivered so I phoned, sorry they cannot deliver on Saturday. Ok, so I should get it on Monday, not delivered, so I called again, was told by Luke they were still waiting for the stock. I asked him to call and get a time for delivery, no sorry they cannot do that either. Called Tuesday morning, no stock yet, called lunch time, yes, it has arrived, but needs to be activated, but now they tell me it takes 3 working days which was never once mentioned while I was in the shop or on Saturday or on Monday. These are the worst sales people I have ever encountered. No knowledge, no customer care, on personal calls all the time while I was in the shop. Why has MTN not trained their staff?
