I ordered a router online and was told to expect delivery in 3 working days.
When nothing arrived after a week I phoned and was told that because I used a foreign credit card I would have to re-transfer the money because they could not process payment. This is despite their website telling me that payment was successful.
I EFT'd the money and was told the router would be delivered once they had received the money.
I phoned 5 days later and now was told the router is out of stock but they can send me another model. I asked them to phone when it arrived (they promised it would arrive that afternoon) and I would pick it up.
They did not phone and are 3 days later not responding to emails.
I still don't have the router.
