Galaxy Note 2 Smartphone not working again

My 3 month old Galaxy note 2 Smartphone was booked in for repairs at the Sandton City Shop on the 10th July 2013 due to a charging fault, 3 weeks later 29th July 2013 the phone was back. 30th July 2013 the phone is still not charging and not connecting to PC which is a new fault. I have to now sit another 3 weeks without a phone while diligently paying my contract fees. I called the shop and the 8ta call centre but no one wants to take responsibility of either replacing the phone or giving me a loan phone, i fully understand the 7 day replacement policy and i wish not to be told about it. My biggest issue here is the phone is hardly 3 months old and has to be booked in again for repairs just a day after its back. My warranty is 6 months and 3 months into the phones life it breaks twice. Surely this warants for a phone to be replaced, given the fact the its new. What happens when it comes back and breaks again in 3 months, then what? These are the question i asked and no one seems to have answers. I have been a loyal customer for over two years and i certainly feel i deserve a much better service. I do not want to hear about the Policies, i need a commitment from 8ta/Telkom Mobile.
