I have renewed my contract in February 2013 to a Samsung Note. Two weeks later I realized that this phone is not charging at all. I took it to the store and the lady (Busi) just booked it in for repairs. Job card 3461017. Second time doing the same thing, took it back, another lady (Brenda) book it in again. Second job card 3503218, came back the same way. Lastly I managed to speak to the Store manager Luttendo, she said the device was supposed to booked in for warranty assessment the first time I reported it. I had to phone the store, just to find out that the warranty y assessment was declined. Today 11 June 2013 my phone is still in repairs, no phone call yet. What is a person supposed to do. My debit order goes of my account every month, for four months already and I haven't had the joy of using this phone. Is this fair? Today is the 13 of June 2013 still no phone!
