I am so unhappy with Vodacom at the moment. To any potential client, Cell C will have 98% network coverage towards the end of this year. I can tell you, unequivocally, that I refuse to renew my contract with Vodacom. Vodacom, typical of a government owned organization, charges rip off rates to consumers, and takes no initiative to rectify issues. I was unjustifiably charged to have my phone repaired, only to find out that the problem is my battery. Now, Vodacom doesnt have any batteries for a Samsung S2. When I told them my story, I was met with a shrug of the shoulders, as if to say "well, what do you want from us, we dont have any, and we will never have any, you got with such a poor choice of upgrade, of which we suggested to you." Vodacom, like a typical government organization, does not give one damb about customer satisfaction and service. The person reading this complaint, is probably so frustrated with the nature of these complaints, and to you I say this, I cannot wait for the day that government tenders end, and you get knocked off your high horse. I hope you will be left with nothing!
