This is the most ridiculous complaint i have ever made, i upgraded my vodacom acc for the 4th time, i saw last month my bill was extremely high and called in and told it was due to my calls, i was not convinced but left it, thi smonth teh same thing, so i log onto vodacom and check my billing report, i am still paying a handset insatllment from my last contract???

why the H was i not told about this when i was upgrading, why does vodacom say you quailify for an early upgrade when you dont actually as you still owe money, i am a loyal client and was going to go to cell c but decided to stay with vodacom and now this is what i get for staying, i am totally unhappy,

this is no where on the upgrade screens saying this or when i was confirming my order was this told to me!
this is not the first tiome vodacom has done something really stupid on my acc,

i would like to be contacted telephonically, and would like to see my CPA options for a cooling off period, I DO NOT WANT TO BE WITH VODACOM ANOTHER SECOND!!! but hang on they will probably tell me to pay a cancellation of R5000.00

this is the most pathetic company i have ever delat with, next time i stick to my guns and go
