Simple 1 package

I contracted to telkom for a simple 1 package. Telkom landline, adsl, wireless modem and 3G dongle .instalation was done to 031 3683113, I was told to pick up the 3 g dongle and router from musgrave branch, who over two months now keep Telling me they are out of stock. When I try calling 031 2022689 it goes to voice mail.one of their consultants say the whole country does not have stock, but up until this Sunday the Sunday papers are advertising the same special. I have already paid two months rental with no service .their call centres cannot comment and requested I speak to the manAger Ivan who never responds.
