Phone Repairs -- Still Waiting

I handed in my cellphone at the Cell C Southgate branch on 16 February because the phone is faulty and completed all the relevant documentation. On 03/03/2013 I got a call from Jonas Hlophe from C Cover who informed me that the claim was claim rejected because the wrong number cellphone number was used 0842591168 instead of 0842995178 (both contract numbers). I then had to re-complete the incident form and emailed it directly to him on 04/03/2013. On the same day Jonas advised that the phone will be repaired at no cost. It is now 2 weeks later and I have not had any repsonse from Cell C regarding collection of the phone. My contracts are due for upgrade in July 2013, seriously thinking about cancelling them as Cell C does not care about the clients. ALL TALK AND NO ACTION
