I'm a customer who is not happy with the service that I have been receiving from your stuff.

1. On Easter Saturday At game Cbd I spoke to the lady (Tall and slim) who was in working with cell phone insurance with regard to my cell phone claim she only took my ID copy and affidavit she then told me that I will receive call from you guys within 24hrs till this day I never received any call.

2. During the week I sent an email to hollard seeking for advice and still no response.
3. Sunday went back to game in jhb cbd the lady I found there she then told me I was supposed to fill a claim form and submit it with necessary documents, I was very crossed as the person who was supposed to tell me all this never said anything about claim forms.
4. On Monday I phone customer care line that was on the form spoke to the guy name of mxolisi even email him claim forms, ID, affidavit and copy of my policy number and the he told me he call me during the day on Monday till today am still waiting for his call even reminded him and today.

This is bad customer service, which I feel that I need to take this up cause no one is will to assist me.
