After months and months of not taking NO for an answer, my husband finally agreed to take a notebook from Elite Mobile.

1. It took weeks for the notebook to be delivered.

2. They delivered the 3G without a sim card, which after having to follow up ourselves, was re-issued a week or so later.

3. The notebook was a different make then they had sold over the phone.

4. There are debit orders going off our bank account i.e. phonebox R 19.00, somusic R 49.00, milc R 19.00, email R 29.00, rescuebox R 39.00, email R 29.00 (again), safety R 39.00, fonesure R 63.00.

Elite Mobile makes it sound that you're getting this fantastic deal, when in reality when you add all the extra debits, it's not viable taking a deal from them. You're almost paying an extra R 300.00 on top of the package sold over the phone.

Nobody explained any of this in detail.

We want the debit orders cancelled with immediate effect!
