This is my third complaint! It's been more than a month and I am still waiting for someone to phone me about installing a booster because I have no signal at my house and I still need to pay absurd bills for a service that I can't use! Last month I complained about Cell C billing me too much and they sent me "fake" invoices. This month they are billing me too much again and I have proof that I haven't even used all of my minutes, sms's and data. Whenever I phone the call center about my escalated queries no one phones me back, whenever I complain about them on Hello Peter I seem to get a response (even though that also takes about a week), so Cell C is forcing customers to complain about them in a public forum - shocking service!!!
