I have no less than 5 contracts from cell c. Living in the center of Johannesburg, I have almost no cell signal coverage in my house. I usually have not problems with coverage in other locations, so requested technical dept. of cell c to investigate, and possibly install a cell signal booster in my house. Matter was reported almost 6weeks ago, then escalated to managerial level on 3 different occasions. I spoke to 3 different managers, not to mention the various minions they employ. To date, I have received no feedback. I hope this complaint has a better outcome, as I have seen that cell c only does something, when they get bad publicity (see my other complaints about cell c)
