I made the biggest mistake of my life, to sign myself up for a 24 month Cell C data contract.
Firstly, when my data ran out towards the end of the month, and I wanted to add another 2Gig, I was told it is too close to the end of the month, and because they can only give it to me pro rated, it would mean that I would only get a few Mb's. So, I was and had to wait for the new month for data. Nice, hey?!
But wait, there is more!! After 19h00 in the evenings I cannot get on the internet!! The network is just totally congested! How does that work?!
When you phone the help line, they're not much of a help! When you email them, it takes 2 weeks for them to respond with, " We tried to phone you, but couldn't get hold of you"! Of course you couldn't, it is a DATA BUNDLE, you! If you actually go into my profile, you would be able to see my cell number!
Today, every 5 minutes, the signal drops, very frustrating if you are in the middle of a Skype call!
Thank you Cell C, for making my experience with you, the most awful experience ever! Everywhere I go, I complain to everybody of the poor service I get from you!
I would like to cancel this contract, as it is worthless!
