I was incorrectly billed for a double BIS for over a year and when i called to query my account I was told that i would be given a refund of the extra money that was debited each month that was in March this year and as yet i did not receive my refund. When i called in April I was told it takes up to 6 weeks for the refund to be processed but its now been almost 5 months with no refund.
