My Refund is not being PROCESSED

Still I am waiting for my refund!!!
Was told it was processed??
I said nothing in my account, now I must prove there is nothing in my account? Why else would I phone???
Customer Care Consultants don't really CARE???

Sent my Credit Card Statement - Wonder what excuse they will be coming up with now.
Been waiting for this refund since the 14 MARCH 2013. You get automated responses saying your refund is processed and takes 3-5working days... All.
Do not support Groupon, they take your money and don't deliver the goods, then when you are told to ask for a refund it takes a month of Sundays...
Will not support them again
