I've logged a complaint (https:///cell-c/complaints/poor-procedure-and-service-1142336), the person that phoned me was of no assistance what so ever. I've phone the repair store on progress, to no avail.
I'm not getting any service and then before payment is due, Cell C has the nerve to message me saying I must pay my account.
Provide the service first and then talk payment. I've been a loyal customer for about 8 years. The way you are handling this really says a lot. You're basically telling me to change services provider?
