I have had my Virgin Money card for probably about 3 - 4 years and the customer service received is shocking!
First it was my credit limit that was decreased TWICE without being told it would be decreased. This despite me paying every month on time and paying more than what is due. Now it is my card that has expired and no one at Virgin Money has even bothered to call me. For a company who is part of the Virgin group who is supposed to offer customers the best customer service your customer quite simply put!
