What on earth is going on? I have never seen so many complaints about a business! Mine is one more. I live in Fort Nottingham, Nottingham road and MTN does not have coverage here. BUT, after calling I was told we would get feedback in 10 working days, but I am now not hopeful of that, since I see they just ignore people who cannot access their service. But, the do expect their payment. Let's see if I get a response after this report? If not, I will put them on notice of breach of contract and stop paying. We can then go to court.
