I'm referring to previous 3 reports posted on Hellopeter with regards to pre-oredring an Iphone 5 on the Cell C website, and STILL awaiting the anticipated phone, after phoning numerous times to Cell C direct, and visiting Cell C shop in Gauteng. What puts the cherry on top is that I read a report on Hellopeter, where a client congratulate Cell C for exeptional turnaround times, where the person walked into a shop on the the 13th of Jan, wondering what phone to upgrade to. The saleperson convinced the client that the Iphone 5 is the obvious choice, and filled in the neccesary doc. The client received the Iphone 5 on the 15th of Jan 3 days after walking into the shop! The customer referred to was ShaunEstment, and can be found on Hellopeter.com. Funny how situations like this can happen to someone who unintentionally decides on getting an Iphone, and receives it 3 day afterwards, and people like myself take the effort in pre-ordering the phone 14 days prior to release, and STILL dont have a phone. I've take the liberty in writing an e-mail to the CEO Alan Knott Craig with regards to the the appaling service I received so far from Cell C.
