Good day. i have give my phone in for on the 08/02/2013. i was told by the cell phone counter that
cellphones comes with a 2 year guarantee-they didnt ask what phone at that time but they said 2 years-thats when i took the phone to customer service-advised them my phone camein last year for the same fault.
the reason why i am complaining is that i never got any feed back from game with regards to my phone. i had to always call them to check the status-was always told that they sent the phone out for repairs and the repair agent cannot tell them the status so they cannot advise me. i then received an sms stating that i have to pay R400 to get my phone repaired. i asked why-she said that the blackberry only has 1 year guarantee and we have to pay-so i asked them why was i not told this when i brought the phone in for repairs-she said that she did not know. i have paid for the phone but i still did not get it-once again i phoned &went to the store to check-they could not give me any info. they said that they will notify me when it is ready. i am paying for the repairs as well for monthly instalment but no phone:( phoned the manager this morning-no feed back from her either.
