Dear MTN, I have been with your company for the last ten years but never been so disappointed as i was this weekend. My phone was this past Friday evening and just trying to block my sim card was just a nightmare. After asking strangers who are on Mtn so that I can use their phones to block mine I was subjected to I just do not care attitudes from your call center. Now this is a contract phone that whoever took it can use it anyways they like and after many dropped calls from the Mtn call center I was told that I will need to wait until the morning to suspend the phone and I will still be liable for the account if someone else uses it. Ok accepted that and went to an Mtn store the next day, the lady who was helping me had to dial about 4 times to get through to the call center meanwhile this person had switched my phone on again and doing knows what. After the 2nd attempts the staff while talking amongst themselves mentioned that this is the normal thing especially during month end, that the call center will just drop phones on the callers. Finally managed to get the sim card blocked on Saturday, really disapointed and reconsidering our marriage!
