NO SERVICE!!!

I had funds loaded on my one card, without issues. Went to the doctor to pay, and then the pin number supplied with the card did not work. THEN on a Saturday afternoon the call center was CLOSED before 14h00??? FUN TIMES!!! This morning I called the call center and was notified that I could change the pin. I did as stated and then received a message that the card was stopped and I had to contact another call center!! Spoke to a agent and he notified me that the card was stopped and I had to phone One Plan to activate the card... Call center again, and the person said that I would need a new card and they would charge me for it? AFTER I paid for a new card!!!??? I requested to speak to management and guess what... IN A MEETING!!! Decided to drop the call as I was holding for 10min!! COME ON PEOPLE!!! PHONE ME THIS TIME TO RESOLVE!!!
