I just spoke to call center lady Florence who says StratCol cannot block an account from being debited. I phoned the company who gave the instruction and they have blocked from their side once again. Every 3 months I have to do the same thing. According to Florence, if the company unblocks again there is nothing StratCol can do. I quote a note I found from StratCol CEO Hennie Heyman on the internet [URL Removed] - " I will assist the account holder in having any unauthorised transactions reversed with costs AND BLOCK the account on our system against any future collection."
So who is lying??? The call center or StratCol's CEO???
I want my account blocked on StratCol's system from all future debits as per what your CEO says is possible IMMEDIATELY!!!
