My phone was about 30 minutes ago, and I am desperately trying to block my sim card so these guys cannot run up an insane bill and I don't want them getting my personal information. But the call center number listed on the MTN website just hangs up on my when I press the button to speak to a consultant.
It says something along the lines of "transferring you to a consultant", and then it just hangs up. So what am I supposed to do? I'm sure if these guys run up a huge bill you'll be knocking on my door for payment.
I desperately need to block the sim card ASAP. Please assist.
