I am fed up going to sue Cell c now

We have been struggling since my husband upgraded his cell phone for months now, first the accounts was split. Then they started cutting his line. Then we were informed after 8 months and many calls and headaches that the accounts was merged then we were informed that we are in credit- today i get a sms wait for it... he has been handed over for an account of R1299.79- CELL C IF YOU ARE READING THIS PLEASE GET IN CONTACT WITH US URGENTLY TO AVOID A LAWSUIT
I do not know if you do have any qualified staff in your accounts department because clearly there is a BIG problem there.
