So I deceded to upgrade to a Iphone. This was done on Vodacom home page under my login. Everthing sounded to good as we all now Vodacom. 1. R679/pm include 250 min 500mb data 500 sms = NONE of these. Once connect only 500 free min no data which I was billed R720.00 for start up and getting connected. The amazing part was that the charger of a R10 000 phone is not working. Tested this with Vodacom outlet. The realy amazing parts is that Vodacom not responding to e-mail either!! Client for now over 11 years this is the kind of service and charges one recieve. TIme has come to move on. All these years only recieved invoices and nada for promotions nor competions - Maybe my colour is incorrect!!!
