We had an even worse experience with Romano the so called manager on Saturday:, on Saturday around lunch time I entered the store and a black gentleman assisted me, he asked me if he could come back in 10-15 minutes as certain forms needed to be faxed to him for completion. I left the store to do some other chores in the centre after 20 minutes I went back and sat down with the same gentleman to start completing the forms that was send through, Romano at this stage came out from the back of the office and told me, in front of other customers that he does not need my rudeness and that he is sick and tired of dealing with me as he never received any forms to validate the claim for the broken phone, I looked at him and told him that he must be mistaken as he personally came into the store 2 weeks ago to complete the forms. Romano at this stage told me that I am a and that he is sick of my attitude, at this stage I lost my cool, told Romano to get his facts right before accusing a client and was told by Romano that he has got his facts right and I am a, I wanted to hit him when my girlfriend came back to the store, I just rather walked out without collecting my phone!!!
