Poor, Poor Service

I have been billed for a Vodacom number for more than 2 years. I saw this number on my profile under [URL Removed] and checked my own documentation, and could not find anything. I then phoned this number, and spoke to a person by the name of Kevin. Kevin informed me that he has just upgraded this account to a new phone, and that he originally took out the contract as a Laptop-Data-Phone deal at Game in Key West Shopping Centre in Krugersdorp - Gauteng. The Contract is a Weekend-Everyday, at R135pm.

He also mentioned that he did not realized that he is in-fact not paying for this account, as he has many contracts with Vodacom. I don't feel that Kevin has done anything wrong from his side, just that the contract was loaded to the wrong account by Game Stores. Kevin said he has no problem in paying this account himself.

I AM NOW FED-UP WITH THIS SITUATION. I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO VODACOM, BY PHONE AND FAX, TOGETHER WITH A SAPS AFFIDAVIT AND A LETTER, MY REF NOs: S3-TMH86-6820 (APRIL 2013) AND S3-TQR8X-X7WK (28/06/2013) NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE . THE FIRST REF NO, WAS CLOSED. WHY? WHAT IS VODACOM DOING ABOUT THIS MATTER? I WANT THIS CONTRACT OFF MY NAME, NOW! Reimbursement?
