IStore Centurion - Pathetic service!!!

I went to the iStore Centurion on Saturday and arrived there 12:40pm to get my Wife the new iPad 4 on the FNB monthly contract. After waiting for 20 minutes i got served by Victoria. I then told her what i wanted and she said we needed to complete the forms for this. She then left to send the paperwork to FNB bank and said she would be right back. After 30 minutes of waiting in the training room i asked another employee there where Victoria was and i was told that she was on LUNCH!!! She didnt even have the decency to tell me that she was on lunch!!! So i asked what now, the salesman Werner said i should wait another 30 minutes as the forms i completed they could not find. I then went for lunch at Spur around the corner and returned 40 minutes later and Victoria was still on lunch. I then spoke to the Assistant Manager Ryno who apologised and said he would go find her. 5 minutes later her comes Victoria in the store eating an ice cream! I asked her why she left me waiting and all i got was a Sorry. Victoria then disappeared to the back office and i was then told by Ryno the request to FNB did not go through as iStore's email server was down!!! I have to come back Monday to get it!!
