Dear Maureen

I am receiving sms from Telkom persisting for the amount R778.80 of which R461.75 is payable up to and inclusive of June 2013 end July 2013, which I will pay by end this week.

July 2013 account is due at end Aug 2013, bill amounts to R317.05 of which a credit of R171.49 which is reconnection fee, line is not working, totally dead, no service (cannot make calls out or receive calls, reference no. 126CWZ220713 refers, as yet no technician has come forth to fix the problem and R145.56 for weekender which I cancelled a long time ago, is still in existence and why is this bill so high too, how could I make any calls with no connection and I was also under impression that my line was still suspended, only until you called me tosay that it was reconnected did I try and the line was dead, phone
