So i logged my complaint on Hello Peter and got a response from Cell C that a RUTH In their Escalations Team will contact me shortly to discuss the matter. RUTH then called me after just before 5pm, i then told her im still at worked at the moment and that she could contact me at 6pm. I then wait on her call but no sign of RUTH . I then checked my email to see that she sent me and email at 17:07pm to tell tell me that they closed at 17h00pm..?? really now! Not even the decency to call me and let me know.
