Dear Altech Autopage. Since thursday 25 July i had to go to Tygervalley Branch to a sim swop three times before my service was fully restored on Sunday 28 July 2013. I was assisted by various people like Cheslin, Simone (manager), and Erica. When i ph the call centre, the agents there keet telling me that my sim number was incorrect as it only had 19 digits not 20. I found this strange because i checked quite a few sim cards of cell c and they all have 19 digits. This has cost me so much frustration and it has cost me more than R350 rand in travelling to the Tygervalley branch (3 times) and ph calls.. A sim swop is the most easy aspect to do but for the Tygervalley branch it seems to be the most difficult task. I need answers. I also logged a complained on my account. Today they requested that i must foward the sim number but my services has been restored. But what about my exspenses.
